Chick Sticks
Serve these as an entree. They're great for active teenage boys or girls - the solution for afternoon snack attacks.
Ingredients: 8 organic chicken tenderloins
Marinade:
- 2 cloves organic crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons organic soy sauce
Sauce:
- 100ml Ozganics Satay Sauce
- 3 tablespoons organic coconut milk
Method:
Mix ginger, garlic and soy sauce together. Combine with the chicken and place in fridge. Marinate for one hour.
Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers and place on hot BBQ or grill until cooked.
Mix Ozganics Satay Sauce and coconut milk together, heat gently on stove or in microwave.
To serve, place Chick Sticks on plate, pour sauce over and garnish with 1/4 of a fresh lime.
