Organic Recipes - Brown Rice and Vegetables

Taste! Flavour! Organic goodness!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 organic red capsicum- sliced
  • 1/2 organic green capsicum- sliced
  • 100mg organic baby beans- tops removed
  • 1 medium organic carrot julienne
  • 1 small organic lebanese eggplant julienne
  • 100mg organic broccoli florets
  • 2 tabs organic sunflower oil
  • 100ml Ozganics Chilli and Garlic Sauce

Method:

Keep cooked rice warm. Add oil to wok then add all the vegetables to wok and stir fry for 4 minutes.

Add Ozganics Chilli and Garlic Sauce sauce to vegetables and stir through.

To serve, place warm rice in bowl. Lay stir fried vegetables on top and enjoy!
