Bang Bang Cauliflower Bites with Creamy Ranch Dressing

Our Creamy Ranch dressing is the perfect dipping companion for any vegie or chicken bite so feel free to sub in some chicken breast to this delectable recipe to mix it up. Serves: 2-4


  • 1 head of cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups panko crumbs or breadcrumbs of your choice
  • 1/3 cup Ozganics Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Ozganics Creamy Ranch Dressing (dipping sauce)


  1. Preheat oven to 200° bake and line a baking tray or roasting dish with baking paper
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the spelt flour, oat milk, salt and pepper together to form a thickish batter
  3. Dip your cauliflower florets into the batter and then roll in panko crumbs. Place them onto the baking tray and repeat this process until all of the cauliflower has been battered and rolled in panko crumbs
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning over halfway
  5. In a small bowl, whisk the sweet chilli sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce and maple syrup together
  6. Add the sauce mix you have just made into a pan on medium heat and add the cauliflower bites, stirring to coat
  7. Serve with Ozganics Creamy Ranch Dressing as a dipping sauce.
