Tomato & Basil Vegetable Pizza
This is a great, fun way to personalise pizzas for everyone around the table! Crack open a jar of Ozganics pasta sauce and let the magic happen. Makes: 1 Pizza
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Ozganics Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 large pizza base of your choice
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced into thin wedges
- 1 large portobello mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 red capsicum, sliced
- 6 cherry tomatos, halved
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° bake
- Spread the Ozganics Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce over the pizza base taking it right to the edges
- Top your pizza base with the mushroom, onion, capsicum, spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes
- Cover the ingredients in cheese
- Bake in the oven on an oven tray or preheated pizza stone for 15 minutes or until the base is crispy and golden, and the cheese has melted
