Tomato & Basil Vegetable Pizza

This is a great, fun way to personalise pizzas for everyone around the table! Crack open a jar of Ozganics pasta sauce and let the magic happen. Makes: 1 Pizza


  • 3 tablespoons Ozganics Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 large pizza base of your choice
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 large portobello mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 red capsicum, sliced
  • 6 cherry tomatos, halved
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 180° bake
  2. Spread the Ozganics Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce over the pizza base taking it right to the edges
  3. Top your pizza base with the mushroom, onion, capsicum, spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes
  4. Cover the ingredients in cheese
  5. Bake in the oven on an oven tray or preheated pizza stone for 15 minutes or until the base is crispy and golden, and the cheese has melted
