Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Ozganics Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 12 oz (340g) pasta of your choice (e.g., penne, spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Add Cherry Tomatoes: Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Add Sauce: Pour in the Ozganics Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine: Add the cooked pasta and spinach leaves to the sauce, mixing well to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
- Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
