Ingredients
- 1 jar Ozganics Butter Chicken Curry Sauce
- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 green capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Method
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
