Black Bean Tacos with Mango & Chilli Dressing

Don't wait for Tuesday to have tacos! You'll want these delicious, vegan bangers every night of the week once you pair them with Ozganics Mango & Chilli Salad Dressing!

This recipe also goes perfectly with chicken or jackfruit. Serves: 2-3


  • Ozganics Mango & Chilli Salad Dressing
  • 400g black beans from a can, rinsed and drained
  • 1 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 avocado, diced however you prefer
  • 8 store bought hard or soft taco shells
  • Red chilli pepper
  • Coriander


  1. In a medium bowl, add the red onion and pour over the red wine vinegar and salt. Use tongs or your hand to mix through and coat well. Allow the red onion to pickle for 10 minutes.
  2. Compile the cooked black beans, avocado, chilli, coriander and carrot (and any other of your favourite taco ingredients) into small bowls, ready for people to serve themselves
  3. Cook your taco shells as per the instructions on the packet
  4. Assemble your tacos however you please and drizzle generously with
