Crumbed Chicken Nourish Bowl with Green Goddess Dressing

Absolutely jam packed with flavour, nutrients and antioxidants, this nourish bowl with Ozganics Green Goddess dressing is the epitome of organic healthy goodness! Serves: 2


  • Ozganics Green Goddess Dressing
  • 2 large chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1 capsicum, diced into rectangles
  • 1/4 broccoli, broken down in florets
  • 1/4 pumpkin, diced into cubes
  • 1 red onion, sliced into wedges
  • 1 avocado, sliced as preferred
  • Handful spinach or lettuce leaves
  • Handful of feta
  • 1/2 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1-2 cups brown rice or quinoa cooked as per the packet instructions


  1. Whisk the egg in a small bowl
  2. Cover a large plate with the breadcrumbs and another large plate with the spelt flour
  3. Working quickly, dip the chicken tenders into the flour first to coat well, then the egg wash, and then the breadcrumbs
  4. Place the chicken onto a clean plate, cover with cling wrap and place in the fridge until you are ready to pan fry it
  5. Preheat an oven to 180° fan bake
  6. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper
  7. Toss the vegetables in a large mixing bowl with the olive oil and salt and pepper
  8. Remove the broccoli and lay the rest of the vegetables out on the baking tray
  9. Roast the vegetables in the oven for 20 minutes
  10. Add the broccoli and roast for another 10-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are roasted to your preference
  11. Allow the vegetables to cool down while you pan fry the chicken
  12. Pan fry the chicken in a large frying pan on medium heat, in an oil of your choice until they are cooked through, turn while cooking
  13. Slice the chicken to ensure cooked through, white, and juicy
  14. Assemble your nourish bowl, with the rice or quinoa at the bottom, the vegetables, lettuce and sliced chicken. Drizzle generously with Ozganic’s delicious Green Goddess Dressing.
