1. Veggie Roll-Up Salad with Caramelised Onion Relish
Ingredients:
- 1 large whole-grain tortilla
- 2 tbsp Ozganics Caramelised Onion Relish
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 2 slices of turkey or ham (optional)
Instructions:
- Spread Ozganics Caramelised Onion Relish evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer with lettuce, carrot, and turkey or ham.
- Roll tightly, slice into pinwheels, and pack with a handful of grapes for a sweet side.
2. Crunchy Chicken Wrap Salad with Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 2 tbsp Ozganics Mayonnaise
- 1 small whole-grain tortilla
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, lettuce, and carrot with Ozganics Mayonnaise.
