Ingredients
- 1 jar Ozganics Spicy Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 4 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Crusty bread, for serving
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Sauce:
o In an ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened. Add the minced garlic and smoked paprika, cook for another minute.
3. Pour in the jar of Ozganics Spicy Tomato Pasta Sauce, stir to combine, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
4. Make four small wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread.
