Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Ozganics Tomato & Chilli Relish
- 450g chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
- Cooked rice or noodes (to serve)
Method
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add capsicum, broccoli, and snow peas. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Stir in Ozganics Tomato and Chilli Relish and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
