Ingredients
- 1 jar Ozganics Rogan Josh Curry Simmer Sauce
- 450g lamb shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
- Cooked basmati rice (for serving)
- Roti break (for serving)
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion is golden brown.
2. Add the lamb pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Pour in the jar of Ozganics Rogan Josh Curry Simmer Sauce and stir well.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 1.5-2 hours, until the lamb is tender.
