Ingredients
- Ozganics Tomato Sauce, for serving
- 500g minced or chopped beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Ozganics BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add your beef and cook until browned.
3. Stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, Ozganics BBQ Sauce (you can also use Ozganics Tomato Sauce) and beef broth. Cook until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cut puff pastry sheets into circles to fit muffin tin wells. Line each well with pastry, fill with the beef mixture, and top with another pastry circle. Press edges to seal.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with a dollop of Ozganics Tomato Sauce on top.
