Juicy, flavourful, and customisable, these sliders can be easily adapted by swapping in Ozganics Beetroot and Balsamic Relish or Spicy Tomato Relish for a twist on the classic. Plus, you can sneak in healthy veggies like grated carrots or zucchini into the patties—perfect for those picky eaters who avoid anything green!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Ozganics Caramelised Onion & Balsamic Relish
  • 450g Minced meat
  • 1/2 Carrot, grated (or any vegetable you're trying to sneak in)
  • 8 Slider or burger buns

 

  • 8 Slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. In a bowl, mix minced beef and carrots with Ozganics Onion and Balsamic Relish. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 8 small patties.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Top each patty with a slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking and cover the skillet with a lid to help melt the cheese evenly.

3. Place cooked patties on slider buns. Serve with additional Ozganics Onion and Balsamic Relish and your favourite burger toppings.
