Grilled prawns with Ozganics Mango & Chilli Dressing is a light and flavorful dish perfect for a quick summer meal! The sweetness of the mango and the hint of chilli create a zesty glaze on the prawns, while the black beans, rice, and avocado add a hearty and healthy base. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ozganics Mango & Chilli Dressing
  • 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked rice

 

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

1. Marinate the Prawns: In a bowl, combine the prawns with Ozganics Mango & Chilli Salad Dressing. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.

2. Grill the Prawns: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred.

3. Prepare the Black Beans: While prawns are grilling, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the black beans, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

4. Assemble the Dish: Serve the grilled prawns over a bed of rice, black beans, and avocado slices.

5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and an extra drizzle of Mango & Chilli Dressing if desired. Enjoy!
