Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Ozganics Mango & Chilli Dressing
- 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Marinate the Prawns: In a bowl, combine the prawns with Ozganics Mango & Chilli Salad Dressing. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
2. Grill the Prawns: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
