Ingredients
- 1 Jar Ozganics Bolognese Pasta Sauce
- • 450g ground beef or lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Nutmeg
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and diced carrots. Sauté until softened.
3. Add the ground beef or lamb and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the jar of Ozganics Bolognese Pasta Sauce and frozen peas. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Transfer the filling to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the mashed potatoes are golden brown.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
