Ingredients
- 1 jar Ozganics Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 450g mixed seafood (prawns, scallops, mussels, and squid)
- 450g of spaghetti
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Method
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. If using, add the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
4. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet. Cook until the prawns are pink and opaque, the scallops are firm, and the mussels have opened (discard any that do not open).
5. Pour in the jar of Ozganics Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce and stir to combine.
6. Add the red pepper flakes, if using.
7. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce is heated through and the flavors meld together.
8. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce and seafood.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
