Ingredients
- ½ cup Ozganics Tomato Sauce
- 500g chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Method
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper until slightly softened.
3. Add pineapple chunks, Ozganics Tomato Sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens.
4. Return the chicken to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, coating it in the sauce.
5. Serve over cooked rice.
