Ingredients
- 1 jar Ozganics Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- 1 cup red lentils, rinsed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh spinach leaves (for serving)
- Fresh coriander (for serving)
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and carrots. Sauté until softened.
2. Stir in the red lentils and vegetable broth.
3. Pour in the Ozganics Tikka Masala Curry Simmer Sauce. Stir well and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the lentils are tender.
4. Serve hot, topped with fresh spinach leaves and garnished with fresh coriander.
