Golden, flaky puff pastry layered with tender, caramelised Brussels sprouts makes this tart a standout. It’s rustic yet refined, with each bite delivering a mix of crunch and earthy sweetness. The creamy, herb-packed flavour of Ozganics Green Goddess Dressing ties it all together, spread beneath the sprouts and drizzled on top for a fresh, vibrant finish. A beautiful centrepiece that’s as wholesome as it is indulgent.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Ozganics Green Goddess Dressing (for the base) and extra to serve
- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 2 cups Brussel sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced into rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare pastry ~ place puff pastry on the tray. Lightly score a 1–2 cm border around the edge to form crust.
Make the base ~ spread 2 tbsp of Ozganics Green Goddess Dressing evenly inside the border.
Arrange the sprouts ~ toss the Brussel sprout slices in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Lay them flat in circles or spirals for a layered look.
Add onion slices if using.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden and Brussel sprouts are slightly caramelised.
Finish ~ remove from the oven, drizzle with more Ozganics Green Goddess Dressing, sprinkle seeds if using, and serve warm.
Serve & enjoy
